1. What this text is

This disclaimer belongs to culticlayer.click, published by Culticlayer B.V. (private limited company (B.V.), KvK 64084381) at Bilderdijkstraat 112, 1053 KW Amsterdam. It sets out what you may and may not expect from the site, from examples and from a session. Contractual rules on payment, cancellation, files and liability sit in the terms and conditions. Who runs the studio is in the legal notice.

2. Website content

Copy on the site — from the home page to the guides — is written with care, but it is not advice on rights, tax, collective management organisations or release strategy. A guide such as the loudness article or the vocal checklist helps you prepare; it is not a promise that a platform will host your track or that a mix is “finished” without a quote.

Photographs show atmosphere in a studio setting. Some were generated with artificial intelligence. They do not depict a named client, a hit record or a certification. Brands of software, instruments or streaming services remain with their owners. We do not claim a partnership that is not in the about facts.

3. Services and artistic result

We offer Vocal recording, Live band recording, Mixing, Mastering and Talk and podcast recording in 4 rooms, with 22 microphones and 24 desk inputs. That describes the setting, not the outcome of your repertoire. Whether a take is “the take” is something you decide with the engineer; we do not take on an obligation of result as to taste, radio play or playlist placement.

We do not use superlatives about ourselves and we do not promise chart success. We do not invent third-party reviews, awards or press quotes. Anyone booking a session should read the relevant service page and the liability rules.

4. Prices, diary and availability

Amounts on the services hub include 21% VAT, for example €92 per hour of Vocal recording or €890 for a day of Live band recording. Until you accept a quote we may adjust a figure if equipment, duration or staffing changes. A slot is yours only after acceptance and the 25% deposit, as article 6 of the terms describes.

Opening hours: Tuesday–Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 12:00–17:00. Closed Sunday and Monday. That is not a promise that a given half-day is free. Public holidays, maintenance or a band already booked can close a date. How to get here: Tram 7 stops at Bilderdijkstraat; from the Bilderdijkstraat stop it is about a 3-minute walk to number 112. From Amsterdam Centraal, tram 7 towards Slotervaart takes roughly 12 minutes. By bike from Leidseplein it is about 8 minutes via Overtoom.

5. Links, hosting and the form

The site points to third parties, including the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and the map of our street. Those sites have their own terms; we are not responsible for their content or their cookies. Hosting is with TransIP B.V., Vondellaan 47, 2332 AA Leiden, the Netherlands — see the legal notice.

6. Liability for the site

We aim for a reachable, factually accurate site. Even so, a rate, a closing time or a technical note can lag behind what is true in the rooms. What binds us is the accepted quote and the terms. For loss caused by mere use of the site — a misunderstood guide, a broken external link, a temporary fault at TransIP B.V. — we are liable only where the law so requires, or in case of intent or wilful recklessness.

The accessibility statement describes what we do to keep the site usable; it is not a certification and not a promise that every assistive technology will read every page without error.
