Since 2020, Culticlayer B.V. has run a recording studio with 4 rooms, including a 38 m² live room and 2 isolation booths. Visiting the site or sending the contact form does not create a contract; a contract arises only under the terms and conditions.
2. How to reach us
We are available Tuesday–Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 12:00–17:00. Closed Sunday and Monday. Bookings and quotes go through [email protected], 020 737 4821 or the form on the contact page. We reply within 3 working days.
Tram 7 stops at Bilderdijkstraat; from the Bilderdijkstraat stop it is about a 3-minute walk to number 112. From Amsterdam Centraal, tram 7 towards Slotervaart takes roughly 12 minutes. By bike from Leidseplein it is about 8 minutes via Overtoom.

3. Registration and tax details
On invoices, quotes and this site we publish the particulars that the law of the Netherlands requires:

You can check the KvK number in the public Dutch Chamber of Commerce trade register. We have no branch outside Amsterdam and no trading name other than Culticlayer.
4. Management
The sole director of Culticlayer B.V. is Lars Hendriks. Write to [email protected] or to Bilderdijkstraat 112, 1053 KW Amsterdam about the company, a complaint on a quote, or a request to see contract papers.
This page is not an extract from the trade register. If this text and the Chamber of Commerce filing differ, the filing prevails.
5. Website hosting
The site is hosted by:

6. Contact form and transfer to the United States
The form on the contact page is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service run from the United States. The contents of your message — name, e-mail, optional phone number, requested service, date and notes — pass through that service to our mailbox [email protected].
As far as we know, FormSubmit does not hold an EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification. We rely on GDPR Article 49(1)(b): the transfer is needed so we can take the pre-contract steps you request — a reply and a quote. If you prefer to avoid the transfer, e-mail or call us directly; we will handle the request in the same way.
Purposes, retention and your rights are set out in the privacy policy. When a business client entrusts us with other people’s data, the data processing agreement applies.
7. Intellectual property in the site
Copy, structure, visual identity and other elements of culticlayer.click belong to Culticlayer B.V., unless a credit says otherwise. Photographs on the site are atmosphere images, some generated with artificial intelligence; they do not show a named client session without permission. Third-party brands (streaming services, software, instruments) remain with their owners.
You may quote pages with attribution for your own non-commercial use. Reproducing entire texts, scraping the rate table or republishing images needs prior written consent via [email protected]. Recordings you make in the studio follow the intellectual property rules in the terms, not this article.
Guides in the knowledge base — for example the vocal session checklist — are information. They do not replace a quote or a contract.

Prices including VAT are on the services hub and on the pages for Vocal recording, Live band recording, Mixing, Mastering and Talk and podcast recording. Example: one hour of Vocal recording is €92 including VAT.
9. Governing law and language versions
This legal notice and the use of the website are governed by the law of the Netherlands, together with directly applicable EU rules, including the GDPR. The courts of Amsterdam have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory venue rules for consumers who live in another member state.
